Prudential taps AI for claims assessment

PRUDENTIAL Singapore will try to assess claims using machine learning in hopes that a determination could be made in just seconds.
The first phase of the trial will begin towards the end of November, the insurer announced. It will focus on automating the processing of PRUshield pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation claims from eight major hospitals.
