Q3 DPU of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust falls 6.2%
Net property income down 2.2%; gross revenue rises 0.7%

CAPITAMALLS Malaysia Trust (CMMT) posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.12 sen for the third quarter ended Sept 30, down 6.2 per cent compared to 2.26 sen a year ago.
This was on the back of distributable income falling 5.7 per cent, from RM40 million (S$15.6 million) to RM37.7 million.
As CMMT's DPU is paid out on a half-yearly basis, unitholders can expect to receive their DPU for Q3 2014, along with their DPU for the quarter ending Dec 31, 2014, by February 2015…
