Q3 pre-GST boost in Malaysia for Parkson
Group profit up 5.5% at S$7.98m; post-GST decline expected to be buffered by pre-Hari Raya buying

LIFTED by a stronger performance from its Malaysia operations, department store operator Parkson Retail Asia reported a 5.5 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit to S$7.98 million for the third quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Revenue was 9.2 per cent higher at S$116.58 million, while earnings per share were 1.18 Singapore cents, up from 1.12 cents.
