QT Vascular gets US nod on four key patents

MEDICAL supplies group QT Vascular said the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued allowance letters of four fundamental patents that are key to its portfolio of specialty balloons for the treatment of vascular disease in coronary and peripheral vessels.

The Catalist-listed firm on Wednesday said three of the patents cover the group's flagship platform, Chocolate®, while the fourth covers its Glider™ family of products.
