LOCAL venture firm Quest Ventures is vying to strengthen startup collaborations between Central Asia and South-east Asia, having clinched the support of Kazakhstan's QazTech Ventures to hit the first close of its latest fund.
On Friday, Quest announced that it has achieved a US$26 million first close for its US$50 million second fund.
