RAFFLES Education Corporation's Oriental University City is aiming to raise HK$118.8 million (S$20.52 million) in gross proceeds through its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market (GEM).
GEM is a market set up for growth companies that do not fulfil the requirements of profitability or track record.
