Raymond Chia returns to Chip Eng Seng

RAYMOND Chia Lee Meng will be returning to Chip Eng Seng Corporation as group CEO from Feb 1, about 10 months after he left the group to start his own property development venture in Australia and Vietnam.
Mr Chia, 50, will also become the group's executive chairman in May this year.
