Frasers Property to redeem S$300 million worth of 4.38% perpetuals on Jan 17
The securities are part of its S$5 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme
[SINGAPORE] Frasers Property on Friday (Nov 28) announced that it will redeem S$300 million worth of perpetual securities on Jan 17, 2026.
The securities, which have a S$250,000 face value, are part of the company’s S$5 billion multi-currency debt-issuance programme, and have a distribution rate of 4.38 per cent per annum.
Payment will be made on the next working day, Jan 19.
The securities will be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange upon redemption.
Frasers Property posted a 32.2 per cent lower net profit of S$100.9 million for the half-year ended Sep 30, down from S$148.9 million for the corresponding period the year before.
Shares of Frasers Property fell 1 per cent or S$0.01 to close at S$1.04 on Thursday.
