Lee Yi Shyan appointed deputy chairman and non-independent non-executive director at OUE Hospitality Reit

LEE Yi Shyan has been appointed deputy chairman and non-independent non-executive director for OUE Hospitality Reit. The position is for OUE Hospitality Reit Management, the Reit manager, and OUE Hospitality Business Trust, the trustee-manager. His appointment takes effect from today.

Following the appointment, the board of the managers will each have a total of seven directors, of whom four are independent directors.
