OUE to issue S$150 million of green notes at fixed interest rate of 4%
The notes, which will pay interest semi-annually, are expected to be issued on Oct 8
AN OUE subsidiary will be issuing S$150 million of green notes bearing a fixed interest rate of 4 per cent to mature in 2029, the property firm said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday (Oct 1).
The green notes – part of OUE’s S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme established in 2016 – will be offered at an issue price of 100 per cent of their principal amount and in denominations of S$250,000.
The notes, which will pay interest semi-annually, are expected to be issued on Oct 8.
OUE guarantees the notes, which count the Singapore branches of CIMB Bank and HSBC, as well as OCBC as the joint lead managers, bookrunners and green finance structuring banks.
OUE shares closed flat at S$1.08 on Tuesday, before the announcement.
