Perennial Holdings launches its brands in its S$1 billion Tianjin development

SINGAPORE’S integrated real estate and healthcare company Perennial Holdings has launched its eldercare, medical and hotel brands in its S$1 billion, first “one-stop” healthcare-centric transit-oriented development in Tianjin.
The project, Perennial International Healthcare and Business City Tianjin, spans 3.5 million square feet and features eldercare, medical and hotel facilities, the company said in a media statement.
The facilities in the development that were launched on Friday (Dec 8) are an eldercare home, assisted living apartments and a nursing hospital.
The eldercare home is a 286-bed facility for healthy seniors, while the assisted living apartments offer 1,227 beds for those who need assistance with daily living, and the 299-bed nursing hospital is a facility for seniors who have high care needs.
Perennial also launched three branded and co-branded hospitals with a total of 1,000 beds in Perennial International Healthcare and Business City Tianjin, which is located in Xiqing District and adjacent to the Tianjin South High-Speed Railway.
In addition, the property company unveiled four hotels with ranking ranging from three stars to five stars with a total of about 960 rooms. These hotels will offer over 32,000 sq ft of meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition spaces in total.
