Religare Health Q2 distribution income up

RELIGARE Health Trust has posted an income available for distribution of S$14.35 million in its second quarter for fiscal year 2015, up 22 per cent from S$11.72 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

Total revenue for Q2 FY2015 came in 38 per cent higher at S$31.98 million, on the back of an overall increase in the base fee, which is adjusted 3 per cent upwards annually to stabilise the trust's revenue structure.
