Religare Health Trust (RHT) on Wednesday reported a 1.4 per cent rise in distributable income to S$15.3 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016, due to a more favourable contracted exchange rate in FY2016 as a result of lower hedging cost and better spot rate, which was partly offset by higher finance cost and trustee-manager fees.
