Religare Health Trust's Q4 distributable income up 1.4%
Singapore
RELIGARE Health Trust (RHT) on Wednesday reported a 1.4 per cent rise in distributable income to S$15.3 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016, due to a more favourable contracted exchange rate in FY2016 as a result of lower hedging cost and better spot rate, which was partly offset by higher finance cost and trustee-manager fees.
Distribution per unit (DPU) for the quarter edged up 0.5 per cent to 1.91 Singapore cents from a year ago.
