RISING activity in the renewables and tech sectors could fire things up in the Asian initial public offering (IPO) space, despite an uninspiring start to the first quarter.
Ho Cheun Hon, head of South-east Asia equity capital markets at Credit Suisse, said sectors that are likely to attract IPOs for South-east Asia include tech, consumer, and various ESG-related themes.
