A FINAL offer price of S$1.41 per OSIM share - S$0.02 higher than the revised offer price of S$1.39 announced on Tuesday - has been declared for the privatisation of the Ron Sim-founded lifestyle products group.
All shareholders who tendered will get a total of S$1.41 inclusive of the two-cent dividend. Those who tendered after dividend books closed will get the dividend separately.
