Roxy-Pacific buys residential plot on River Valley Road for S$110m

ROXY-PACIFIC Holdings said on Monday it has entered into a deal to buy a freehold residential site along River Valley Road for S$110 million.
The site - at Lot 99606T of Town Subdivision 21- has a land area of 28,798 square feet and an existing plot ratio of 2.8 under the Urban Redevelopment Authority's 2014 Master Plan for residential apartment development, the group added.
