ROXY-Pacific Holdings has picked up its fourth investment in Australia, a 4.4-hectare land parcel comprising two adjacent properties in North Fremantle, near Perth.
The A$59 million (S$63 million) acquisition was undertaken with its joint-venture partner Hostplus, an Australia-based superannuation fund.
