S i2i shareholder-letter saga takes a curious turn
Globalroam irked by S i2i's claim that Blue Ocean Capital is connected to Globalroam shareholders
Singapore
MAINBOARD-LISTED S i2i appears to have unwittingly irked Globalroam Group, a firm that it is suing to recover monies from, in its response to an attempt by a group of unhappy shareholders seeking the watch-list firm's majority owner to launch a buyout or wind up the company.
In a letter issued by Globalroam's lawyers Selvam LLC to S i2i's non-independent and non-executive director Ashok Kumar Goyal dated March 1, a copy of which was obtained by The Business Times, Globalroam has demanded that Mr Ashok confirm the basis for an earlier claim he had made to the press that Blue Ocean Capital Partners was connected to shareholders of Globalroam.
