Sabana Reit Q4 DPU falls to 0.71 Singapore cent
Singapore
RESULTS for industrial landlord Sabana Reit declined for a consecutive quarter as lower occupancies and negative rental reversions for some master leases continued to weigh on revenue.
Distribution per unit (DPU) for its fourth quarter ending Dec 31, 2018 fell to 0.71 Singapore cent from 0.83 cent a year ago, the group said on Thursday. That came as Q4 income available for distribution declined to S$7.44 million, down 15.3 per cent from the previous year.
