SABANA Shari'ah Compliant Reit (Sabana Reit) has lost its head of investment and asset management, less than two years after she took office.
Siow Meow Cheng, 49, has resigned and will leave on June 12, said a bourse filing from the manager on Wednesday.
The former Colliers director joined Sabana Reit in October 2019 to oversee investments, divestments and asset management. She was most recently capital markets and investment-services director at Colliers, but had separately also served as head of investment at Sime Darby Real Estate Management, Frasers Logistics & Industrial Asset Management and Cambridge Industrial Trust Management.
Chief executive officer Han Yong Lee disclosed that there are no unresolved material differences in opinion between Ms Seow and the board.
There are also no matters related to her departure, or any other relevant information, that must be flagged for shareholders, the bourse filing confirmed.
Units closed flat at S$0.42 on Wednesday, before the news.
