Samudra Energy files for listing on SGX
UPSTREAM oil-and-gas company Samudra Energy has filed for a listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
The company, which is focused on the exploration, development and production of oil and gas in Indonesia, yesterday submitted its papers seeking a listing on the SGX Mainboard.
It will be offering its shares through an international offer and a Singapore public offer, with each of these offers being conditional upon the completion of the other.
