THE head of finance of Sasseur real estate investment trust’s (Reit) CRPU m : CRPU 0%anager, Leong Mei Kuan, has tendered her resignation to pursue her personal interests.

Ms Leong's last day of service will be on Sept 26, announced the Reit manager, Sasseur Asset Management, on Friday.

The current senior finance manager Emily Soh will oversee the finance functions of the Reit manager in the interim as it continues to seek a suitable candidate to be appointed as chief financial officer.

Ms Soh is a a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants with over 18 years of financial and corporate reporting, tax planning and management accounting experience.

Prior to joining Sasseur Asset Management, Ms Soh spent over six years at Keppel Reit Management Limited, the manager of Keppel Reit, where she was responsible for financial and reporting functions and participated in various asset acquisition and divestment exercises.

Sasseur Reit closed flat at 91.5 Singapore cents on Friday, prior to the announcement.
