A DROP in expenditure helped lift the bottom line for ground-handler SATS, which clocked a near 27 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit for the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2015 (Q2 FY2016), to S$59.7 million even as revenue slid.
Revenue for the three months fell 4.4 per cent to S$422.7 million due in part to lower revenue from its food solutions business, as it transferred the food distribution business to SATS BRF Food.
