SATS Q2 bottom line rises 27% on lower expenditure

A DROP in expenditure helped lift the bottom line for ground-handler SATS, which clocked a near 27 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit for the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2015 (Q2 FY2016), to S$59.7 million even as revenue slid.
