SATS to sell Senoko Way property for S$15m

SATS Ltd said on Thursday it plans to sell a property at 22 Senoko Way for S$15 million. This transaction was made through an option to purchase that was granted by its subsidiary, Country Foods, to Thong Siek Food Industry. The option was exercised on Thursday.
The completion of the proposed sale is subject to the approval from Jurong Town Corporation and other relevant regulatory approvals.
