AS a boardroom tussle looms at Catalist-listed SBI Offshore (SBIO) this Friday, the offshore and marine firm's legal counsel will review the findings of a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) report that it had commissioned, it said on Saturday.
The PwC report, dated Sept 6, was released by SBIO in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Sept 10.
