TRANSPORT operator SBS Transit posted a strong surge in earnings for the third quarter ended Sept 30.
The ComfortDelGro-owned company said on Thursday its net profit rose by 77.5 per cent to S$19.7 million. This came on the back of a 19.1 per cent rise in revenue to S$351.4 million, driven by higher ridership.
