Scintronix agrees to settle suit against ex-directors

SCINTRONIX Corp said that it has agreed to settle a suit that it brought against former directors Ho Kang Peng and Chow Weng Fook.
The suit, which was filed in 2009, alleged breach of duties by the former directors of the precision plastics company.
Scintronix is currently suspended and is undergoing liquidation.
