Second Chance Properties reports higher profit for Q2
SECOND Chance Properties chalked up a 79 per cent year on year jump in net profit to S$1.98 million for the second quarter ended Feb 28, 2017.
Revenue slid 9.4 per cent to S$7.65 million while earnings per share came in at 0.26 Singapore cent, up from 0.16 cent in the corresponding period a year ago.
For the half year, net profit was down about 10.9 per cent to S$3.24 million.
Revenue was 9.6 per cent lower year on year at S$15.05 million on the back of lower revenue contributions from nearly all business segments, except for its gold business.
