Secura enters joint venture with Willowglen to expand in Malaysia

CATALIST-listed security service provider Secura Group said that it is entering Malaysia's security services market through a joint venture.
Secura is teaming up with Bursa Malaysia-listed Willowglen MSC Berhad to form Secura Malaysia Sdn Bhd, with an initial issued and paid-up capital of RM300,000 (S$99,000), comprising 300,000 shares held by both parties in equal proportion.
Secura said that Willowglen researches and develops remote monitoring and control systems for water and power utilities, oil and gas production and distribution, buildings and facilities, security, transport, telecommunication and information technology.
Secura last traded at S$0.172 a share.
