Serial System to invest in food manufacturing and catering

SERIAL System Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary is to buy a 21 per cent stake in four companies for a total consideration of S$4.468 million.
The subsidiary, Serial System International Pte Ltd, and the group's chairman and chief executive Derek Goh Bak Heng entered into a conditional sale-and-purchase agreement with Lisa Zou Xiangyun, the group said in a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Saturday.
