SINGAPORE Exchange (SGX) said that its derivatives market opened on Wednesday as per normal at 7.30am.
The market was temporarily suspended at 10pm on Tuesday after some trading participants experienced connectivity problems due to intermittent tech failure.
SGX had re-opened the market with a pre-open at 11pm, trading commenced at 11.15pm and the market closed as per normal.
This is not the first time SGX derivatives trading was disrupted due to a technical glitch. In August, the platform was hit by a glitch that stopped trading for nearly two hours.
