SHARES of UMS Holdings Limited shot up nearly 9 per cent to hit S$1.105 apiece at 1.15pm on Thursday, triggering a query from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) for its "unusual price movements".
The counter later eased to close at S$1.08 per share, which is about seven Singapore cents, or 6.4 per cent, higher than the previous day's close.
