A BOARDROOM tussle at MC Payment has attracted the attention of Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo). The latter has asked the Catalist-listed payment services provider why a controlling shareholder - Ching Chiat Kwong - is asking that another five directors be appointed to MC Payment's board.
The regulator asked the firm if it had understood the rationale for the proposal from Mr Ching "considering among others, the current scale of operations".
