THE Singapore Exchange (SGX) is reviewing the entry requirements to accommodate a wider spectrum of companies in the mineral, oil and gas (MOG) sector which can seek an initial public offer (IPO) in Singapore.
Tan Boon Gin, CEO of SGX Regco, told The Business Times (BT) in a recent interview that the exchange would be refining some of its listing rules.
