SGX's S-Reit Index notches up total return of 9.4% YTD

SINGAPORE Exchange's S-Reit Index that comprises 37 constituents with a combined market value of S$71 billion has chalked up a total return of 9.4 per cent year-to-date and with that, has outperformed both the S&P Asia Pacific Reit Index and MSCI World Reit Index.
In Singapore dollar terms, the S&P Asia Pacific Reit Index and MSCI World Reit Index generated total returns of 2.3 per cent and 1.9 per cent respectively, according to SGX My Gateway.
