SINGAPORE Press Holdings' subsidiary ShareInvestor is planning to offer - through its latest venture - online investor relations services to at least 30 listed and private companies in Australia and New Zealand in the next 12 months.
This follows its tie-up with Australian-based investor services firm Wholesale Investor in a new joint venture firm called WISI Australia. ShareInvestor will hold a 49 per cent stake in the venture, with Wholesale Investor holding the balance.
