Shares slump as investor drops plan to buy Procurri stake

SHARES of enterprise hardware supplier Procurri Corporation slumped on Tuesday, after a proposed investment fell through.
In a Singapore Exchange filing just after midnight, Procurri said it had been informed by proposed investor New State Capital Partners that had withdrawn its acquisition offer.
Trading of the stock was halted on Monday pending the announcement and resumed on Tuesday.
