Shares slump as investor drops plan to buy Procurri stake

SHARES of enterprise hardware supplier Procurri Corporation slumped on Tuesday, after a proposed investment fell through.
In a Singapore Exchange filing just after midnight, Procurri said it had been informed by proposed investor New State Capital Partners that had withdrawn its acquisition offer.
