SINGAPORE Airlines has raised its stake in Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd (VAH) to 22.17 per cent - from 19.83 per cent - for a total consideration of A$30.4 million (S$35.5 million).
The acquisition makes SIA VAH's second largest shareholder after Air New Zealand, and ahead of Etihad Airways.
