SINGAPORE Airlines (SIA) first new Airbus A380 - which has been reconfigured in the pursuit of higher revenues - touched down at Changi Airport on Thursday morning from Toulouse, ahead of its first commercial flight to Sydney on Dec 18.
Outfitted with new Suites and Business Class cabins, the double decker will operate flights SQ221 and SQ232 to the Australian city from next week. London is being considered as the potential second destination for the new products once the airline receives more A380s, presently on order.
