SINGAPORE Airlines is giving a special one-off payment of S$500 to all its Singapore-based employees in celebration of Singapore's Golden Jubilee year.
"SIA is proud to be a Singapore based company which has spread its wings far and wide. Our success and growth through the years are closely linked to that of our home, Singapore," it said in an announcement to staff, adding that it wanted to thank its staff and unions for their support over the years.
The one-off payment, which is due to all employees below the rank of senior vice-president, will be disbursed in August.
