SID launches guide on remuneration committees

THE Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) has launched its new remuneration committee (RC) guide, which is designed to help boards navigate issues of remuneration.

According to a press release from the SID, the RC guide is second in a series of corporate governance guides for boards that are supported by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and Singapore Exchange (SGX).
