"CAN'T leave things well alone," grumbled a posting in a stock forum in reaction to Singapore Exchange's trade with caution note on water specialist SIIC Environment Holdings.
As it turned out, there was no reason to think that the regulator's warning would throw cold water over this particular hot stock.
