Singapore Corporate Awards to recognise board diversity

THE Singapore Corporate Awards has announced that this year's awards will include recognition of board diversity as a key attribute of a well-functioning and effective board, under the Special Recognition category.

Jointly organised by The Business Times, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore Institute of Directors, the awards recognise exemplary corporate governance practices of listed companies in Singapore.
