Singapore could house Neste's next giant refinery

THE location for energy giant Neste's next renewable-diesel refinery is a toss-up between Singapore and the United States, the Finnish company's head honcho has said.
Matti Lievonen, the company's president and chief executive, told The Business Times in an interview on Monday that the group is planning to open its next large-scale renewable diesel plant in the coming years, and that it expects to come to a final decision on the location of the investment by the end of next year.
