SINGAPORE'S initial public offering (IPO) market was up four times in funds this year, boosted by four real estate investment trusts (Reits) - Prime, Lendlease, Eagle Hospitality, and ARA Hospitality.
As at Nov 15, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) raised a total of US$2.26 billion in proceeds from 11 IPO deals against US$551 million from 15 deals last year, according to a Deloitte report.
