AFTER a stunning showing in 2017 with nearly two-fold median gains in total returns, Singapore-listed tech stocks are getting hammered by the US-China trade feud with more pain on Friday as the back-and-forth rhetoric over tariffs turned into dark reality.
Year to date, the FTSE ST Technology Index is in the red by nearly 12 per cent while some big names that make up the top 10 largest capitalised tech stocks on the Singapore Exchange are down by nearly 60 per cent from their recent highs.
