Singapore Myanmar Investco completes debt conversion of shareholders' loans
SINGAPORE Myanmar Investco Limited announced on Friday that it has completed the debt conversion of its shareholders' loans.
In a Singapore Exchange filing, the mainboard-listed company said that an aggregate amount of 11,885,573 debt conversion shares was allotted and issued to Ho Kwok Wai and Mark Francis Bedingham, in accordance with the terms of the debt conversion deeds.
The debt conversion shares will rank on equal footing in all respects with and carry all rights similar to the existing issued shares, the company said.
Following the completion of the proposed debt conversion, the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the company has increased to 265,323,065 shares.
