[SINGAPORE] Singapore ship fuel supplier Vanguard Energy filed for bankruptcy in late October, court documents showed.

Vanguard's filing on Oct 29 took place just about a week before the world's largest marine fuel supplier OW Bunker filed for bankruptcy.
