THE Straits Times Index ended Tuesday up 16.04 points or 0.51 per cent at 3,158.24 points, despite news of the spread of Covid-19 in South Korea and Italy.
Advancers outnumbered decliners 237 to 197 with 1.6 billion securities worth S$1.3 billion changing hands.
